Still Turning, Still Here

Outpost Veracruz has been spinning on its own clock since the early settlement push, and the rings show every decade of it — patched panels, jury-rigged docking collars, solar arrays that angle a little wrong but still pull enough juice to keep the lights on. About four hundred people call it home, and most of them wouldn't trade the view for anything planetside.
