Last Light, Block Nine

Vostok Heights was poured in the early colonial push and nobody's bothered to resurface it since — the dish arrays go up every decade or so and the concrete just absorbs them. Come dusk the whole tower goes amber-windowed, and for about twenty minutes it looks almost intentional.
