Most kids in Cassini Borough grow up on stoops like this one, tucked between the methane-scrubber vents and the old hab-block facades that haven't been repainted since the '80s resettlement push. Whatever that kid is running on that handheld, it's keeping him busy enough that he doesn't notice the fog rolling in off the flats.
